SW Steakhouse at The Wynn

SW Steakhouse is known as one of the best steakhouses on the Strip.  I loved my dining experience, however, I must be honest and say that the side dishes overshadowed the steak.   For a posh fine dining experience and a great (but not best) steak, give this spot a try.  Reservations can be made online here.

The bread basket was unbelievably delish and offered a variety of rolls.
Anne and Hayley were a big fan of the pretzel roll while Joanne and I were obsessed with the cheddar BACON roll.
Look at those hunks of bacon!

Black Truffle Cream Corn.  Just heavenly and must be ordered!  The texture was chunky, yet creamy, similar to the texture of grits.  The sweet and savoriness of this dish bursts with truffle flavor.
Herb Marinated Hawaiian Swordfish.  Beautiful plating, but the swordfish was overcooked.  Disappointing for a highly praised restaurant, however, the flavors were on point and delicious.
Bone-In Rib Eye. This dish was pre-cut and plated to us by our server.  The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked.
Pictured to the right: Sauteed wild and field mushrooms.  Thank God Hayley and Anne chose to order this side dish because it was delectable!  Extremely savory and buttery, this dish is definitely worth ordering.
Happy eating.
