Rosebud Steakhouse on Walton

Rosebud Steakhouse on Walton is one of the many restaurants that is a part of the famous Rosebud Restaurants franchise.  Rosebud Steakhouse on Walton specializes in unbelievably juicy and perfectly cooked steaks.  The service is excellent as well as extremely professional, and the ambiance is perfect for date night or dinner for a special occasion.  If you are a steak connoisseur, this is one place you must try.  Even if you are not a fan of steak, the freshly-caught seafood and side dishes are outstanding!  I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Rosebud Steakhouse on Walton and I am looking forward to dining there again during lunch to try their famous burgers.  Reservations can be made via Opentable or the Rosebud Steakhouse website.  Special thanks to Mr. Richard Kim for a spectacular dinner and to newlyweds Alex and Karla Sommer for their wonderful company.

Menu.  A diverse menu to fit the tastes of any guest.
Wine lovers, Rosebud Steakhouse offers a fantastic wine selection.
Assorted bread basket and butter are provided before your meal.
Coast to Coast Oysters.
Sweet, succulent, and delish
Bacon wrapped scallops.  HOLY HELL!  ORDER THIS.
Tender scallops wrapped with savory smoked bacon.  Absolutely fantastic!
Filet mignon.
Delmonico.  Boneless ribeye with bone marrow. 
Gorgeous grill marks.  Definitely the most flavorful cut out of all the steaks.
Bone-in Filet with Mushrooms
Rare bone-in filet on top a bed of saut√©ed mushrooms.  

Perfectly cooked and not overdone.   Just excellent.
Truffle and Parmasen Tater Tots
The truffle aroma and flavors turned a childhood snack into a sophisticated side dish. These tots would change Napoleon Dynamite's life. 

Lobster mac and cheese. [Pictured on the left.]

Oh my LORDY! This mac and cheese is LOADED with huge pieces of sweet, juicy lobster.  Definitely a must order!
I mean seriously, look how big that hunk of lobster is!  Unreal yet amazeballs!
Dessert platter.
Brownie sundae with chocolate fudge and vanilla gelato.  A warm brownie a la mode is just heavenly!
House made fresh key lime pie garnished with freshly grated lime zest.   One of the favorites of the evening.  Tart, creamy, and fresh!
Classic cheesecake.  Rich, creamy, and delectable!
