Kitsch'n on Roscoe

Kitsch'n on Roscoe offers serious comfort food and brunch that can cure any hangover or hunger craving.   I did not feel an inkling of guilt when I ordered my Fried Chicken and Waffles with the Twinkie Tiramisu for dessert.  Somehow, the comfy atmosphere of this place makes it seem perfectly normal to order a +1,000-calorie meal for brunch.  I mean, brunch is two meals in one...right?  So swing by Kitsch'n on Roscoe, order freely, and eat your heart out!  Big thanks to  Ms. Amy Moon for a fabulously spontaneous brunch.

Menu
Take a look at that dessert menu!
Intelligentsia coffee is provided.
Chipotle Bloody Mary
Fried Chicken and Waffles.
Two pieces of Belgian Waffle served with boneless fried chicken and a side of ancho-honey.

Juicy fried chicken on top of a fluffy belgian waffle.  I loved the ancho-honey sauce that provided a sweet and spicy kick to the dish.
Kitsch’n Chilaquiles
A spicy mix of eggs, fried tortillas, smoky chipotle salsa and pepper jack cheese; served with applewood smoked bacon and Texas toast with pulled pork and salsa verde.   A major flavor explosion.   The pulled pork substitution is a MUST order for this dish!
Kitsch’n Twinkie Tiramisu . . . As seen on The Travel Channel
I'm not going to lie... I googled this recipe and found it here.  Look out for a future post on this recipe!
A seriously decadent dessert that has the power to turn any frown upside down.

Happy eating.
