| Intelligentsia crafts the most perfect cup of coffee in Chicago. Whenever I have a deadline or an upcoming exam, I can't mess around when it comes to coffee or else sh*t will hit the fan. The baristas here have drip coffee down to a science. They prepare freshly ground coffee beans and ever so slowly pour steaming hot water over the grounds. One cup of coffee is a bit pricey, but when you're under a lot of stress and time is limited, Intelligentsia is well worth the price. |
