| Strawberry butter is a lovely twist to the plain ol' table butter. This recipe is extremely simple and will do wonders when spread on top of blueberry muffins, bagels, or any breakfast breads. |
Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberry preserves, at room temperature
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add butter and strawberry preserves. Mix on high until well blended. Serve chilled.

| Ta da! Makes opening any stubborn jar a cinch! |
| Measure 1/2 cup of strawberry preserves. |
| Mix on high for about 3 minutes. |

| Serve chilled OR... |
| For an added touch, fill cookie cutters with freshly made strawberry butter and freeze until hardened. |
| Pop out the butter onto a plate and serve. |
