Strawberry Butter

Strawberry butter is a lovely twist to the plain ol' table butter.  This recipe is extremely simple and will do wonders when spread on top of blueberry muffins, bagels, or any breakfast breads.

Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberry preserves, at room temperature
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Directions
In a mixing bowl, add butter and strawberry preserves.  Mix on high until well blended.  Serve chilled.
If you don't own a jar opener, you've got to purchase one!  They are amazing!  I received mine as a gift from Harry & David, and I must say, it sort of changed my life.
Ta da!  Makes opening any stubborn jar a cinch!
Measure 1/2 cup of strawberry preserves.
Mix on high for about 3 minutes.
Serve chilled OR...
For an added touch, fill cookie cutters with freshly made strawberry butter and freeze until hardened.

Pop out the butter onto a plate and serve.

Happy baking.

xoxo
Grace
