Cheap Eats: Saigon Sisters at the French Market

Saigon Sisters located in the French Market offers fast, cheap, and fresh Vietnamese lunch.  Saigon Sisters always blows me away with their amazing flavors and quality food.  Plus, good pho is hard to find and this place offers fantastic pho for $8.50!  Cheap, fresh, and delicious?  I'm a fan.

Beef pho. Sliced beef flank, beef meatball.
This broth is extremely flavorful and absolutely delish!  The bean sprouts come on the side so you add them to your broth when you are about to eat.  This way the sprouts cook slightly in the hot broth while staying fresh and crunchy!
The Hen House Banh Mi Sandwich.  Caramelized chicken, lemongrass, ginger, mint, lime, crushed peanuts, mayo
I was told this was their most popular sandwich!  Unbelievably delicious and light!  A perfect sandwich for a lunch in the Loop!

 Happy eating.
